"What do I need to know to complete my package
purchase through the ibranson.com website?"
- The first step in the purchasing process is enter your customer information into the form that is provided to you. If you are already a customer of ibranson.com you do not ever have to fill the customer information form out again, simply type your email address and password into the "Customer Login" box and click the "Login In Now" button.
*Note: If you are a returning customer and have already logged into the site you will not see this page during the purchase process.
- Second, look over your customer information and make sure it is all correct. The information provided here is the information that will be printed on the vacation vouchers. So if you are purchasing this package for an individual other than yourself or your family, you will need to change this information to reflect who will be redeeming this vacation package. The information provided here will not be used for billing purposes. To change this information, click the "Edit Customer Information" and make the neccessary changes. Next you will need to enter your billing information if it is different from your customer information. If it is the same as your customer information you may check the box indicating this in the billing address area.
- Third, you are now at the point in the purchasing process where you need to input your credit card information. You will need to select the type of card you are using, the card number, the expiration date and the 3 digit Card Identification Number that is printed on the back of your MasterCard/Visa/Discover credit card. (If you have an American Express Card - this will be a 4 digit number on the front of your card.)
- Last, you may choose whether or not you wish to include the Cancellation Protection within your order. See Cancellation Policy for details
- Your last step is to click the "Complete Purchase" button at the bottom of the page. Congratulations! You have now successfully created and purchased your own custom vacation package. Now you can stop worrying about reservations and availability and begin thinking about all the fun you are going to have in Branson, Missouri.
